As candidates are identified, the interview process begins. We gather as much information about each candidate. This includes discussion of specific skills in regards to the technical requirements, work experience, work preferences, work style and a number of behavioral interview questions to determine how they react to situations in the workplace.
Candidates are tested through our web-based testing programs on a number of tests for their attention to detail, understanding of general office skills, typing, and/or any software needed for a particular open position. Certified will screen each candidate to meet your requirements. Screening is customizable and may include: background checks, credit checks, drug screen, verifying certifications and any other unique screening requirements.
